Alison was fantastic – she gave some really thorough guidance on how to manage my eczema and low energy levels, but also understood as a busy mum of three, I wouldn’t be able to make any drastic changes overnight. She advised that I take things slowly, and the plan she gave me was totally achievable so I didn’t feel under pressure to commit to any big changes. I loved that she also recommended things to help keep me mindful – she recognised that stress played a huge part too, I have definitely seen a massive improvement. I'm a busy mum of two toddlers and I reached out to work with Alison when I was really struggling with insomnia and general low energy, it had got so bad it impacted my ability to work and mood around my children. Alison was incredible and worked at my pace to incorporate slow and steady changes into my diet which were doable to fit around my busy life. By the end of my treatment I no longer suffer with insomnia , I’m feeling more energised and I’m working again. There were no drastic diets , I still enjoy food but I’m just more aware of what I should be eating and when. Working with Alison has allowed me feel like me again!
