Short Courses & mummy mot's

I offer a range of short courses which are perfectly suited to those who are curious about their health but perhaps lack the time or financial means to commit at a particular time. These courses are packed full of practical information along with recipe guides to help you stay on course. You can join on a group session which means you get the added support of a lovely community of likeminded women or they can be purchased to follow at a time thats convenient to you. 

 

I also offer a 1 session Mummy MOT, which helps you get started with how to replenish your body and mind, however long its been since childbirth.

'Boosting your child's Immunity'

 

 A short course which introduces you to the best way to help build your child and family's immunity. This is suitable for any age child from babies up to teenagers and beyond and explains how your child immune system develops, the factors that can effect their immune health, practical ways you can start helping improve your child's immune system today â€‹

4 week, practitioner led course which includes a 1 hour webinar each week. This course will teach you all the basics of what our bodies need to build energy, what foods we can eat to gain energy and which  foods drain our energy. We will also cover improving sleep, gut health, ways to reduce stress. Your benefits include

Mummy MOT

This is a special service created for any new mums and provides you with a one off post natal recovery plan, which includes nutrition, lifestyle and supplement advice to help you nourish your body and mind in those early days. This consultation includes tips and advice on what foods will help maximise your energy levels, support your moods and improve sleep quality. It also provides a weekly meal plan and advice on high quality supplements to support your post birth recovery
