I'm Alison Hayward, a Nutritional therapist and i've been where you are now and understand the challenges you face. My passion is to help women embrace these new stages of their life and learn to thrive and love the new person they have become. As a result my clients can look and feel like the the best version of themselves, full of energy, optimism and love for their new lives.
I help you navigate the confusing world of what to eat to keep you and baby healthy through pregnancy as well as to nourish and restore your body and mind in the post-natal period. I can also support you through the peri-menopause and menopause, by learning the right combination of nutrients for each stage you are in, you can avoid the exhaustion, morning sickness and mood rollercoaster of pregnancy as well as navigate the hot flushes, anxiety and depression, brain fog, insomnia and headaches associated with the peri/menopause.
You don't need another complicated, restrictive diet to follow, but a way of nourishing your body and mind with food that tastes fabulous, is easy to cook and provides you with the energy you want to enjoy every stage of becoming, being a new mother and beyond
